How well is it documented?

Do we offer programming and consulting if it is needed?
Yes! We have an in-depth knowledge of the eRez Imaging Server and we would like to help you with your special implementations. If you prefer to use your own IT-department we can also be the knowledge partner.

Do we have to buy other software?

No the package available for download contains all the necessary software including web application server. In order to use certain features you will need to download a few third party components which all are free. Download directions is specified in the documentation.

Do we offer hosting?

Yes we do. We have a partner specialized in hosting business-critical software and they already know about our software. We apolygize that they “only” know about the software, but there havn’t been any problems with the software they had to care of :-)

How will we get the upgrades when we have bought the maintenance package?

The latest version of the software is always available for download directly from www.YaWah.com and new license keys can be obtained from the dealer as needed. The new version will be announced in the newsletters.

What is the FSI-Viewer?

FSI Viewer is based on Macromedia Flash plug-in visitors can instantly use the Viewer without installing a special browser plug-in. The Macromedia Flash Player version 5 or higher required to run the FSI Viewer is available to more than 97% of all internet users.

By use of Plug-ins and Add-ons to the FSI Viewer you can easily present catalogs, showcases, photo albums and more.
 
The FSI Viewer provides a huge number of configuration parameters to customize the appearance and functionality of the FSI Viewer. Additionally custom skins and plug-ins are available to further adjust FSI Viewer to customer requirements.
